For centuries, Chocolate Mexicano has been the celebrated morning brew in Mexico. Traditionally, this beloved beverage was created by shaving homemade chocolate disks called Metate (a blend of toasted ground cocoa beans, cinnamon and spice, vanilla bean, and a hint of almond) and simmering with hot water until melted.
Now Caffe D'Amore offers a simpler way to enjoy this delicious tradition with this easy to use Mexican Spiced Cocoa Mix. Just add agua!
Each canister contains approximately 2 lbs. of Mexican Spiced Cocoa by Caffe D'Amore.

Excellent from first to last sip,
This review is from: Mexican Spiced Cocoa 2lb. Canister by Caffe D'Amore (Misc.)
Like I said, this hot cocoa is EXCELLENT from the first to last sip. And it is a "sipping" cocoa. What I mean is that your first taste is good, but that is followed by a middle and after taste (from the first sip) are even better. I LOVE this cocoa!!!

It was costing an arm and a leg to go to Starbucks every morning, added up to over $1200 a year. I've had Mexican Spiced Cocoa in San Francisco and though it was the best ever. This cocoa, I add to my favorite coffee and add whipped cream in my travel cup and it's the best. Still love Starbucks! Keeps me warm, even at 30 below.

Great Product Over Priced,

This is a great product. I own a restaurant and use about 5 cans per week in the winter. However, this is so over priced that it doesn't make sense and I'm close to calling it a rip off...I pay $7.80 each for single cans and if I buy the case (of 6) it's about $6.00 per can. Same product, same can at Restaurant Depot in San Diego. Therefore, if I had time to do so, I'd sell it all day at $10 a can and make a good markup and the buyer would save a bunch.
