i used to be a chef in a mexican restaurant i read different books and seen a lot of videos on the internet about how to cook mexican food but nothing compare to this one. this book shows what the real mexican food is the author uses the right ingredient and the right process for cooking mexican food, this book comes whit a lot of pictures this book isnt just enchiladas and tacos.
