THIS CD BY BOB MOORE IS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. 18 TRACKS OF MEXICAN FLAVOURED INSTRUMENTALS. THERE IS OFCOURSE "MEXICO", HIS ONLY HIT (& A TOP TEN, AT THAT), PLUS OTHER GREAT INSTRUMENTALS THAT IS GUARANTEED TO GET YOU OFF THE COUCH & DANCING UP A STORM. WITH AN ALBUM LIKE THIS, WHO NEEDS VOCALS?

We used to have the LP version of this, the CD is just as good. Product arrived in very good time, well packed and in excellent condition.

The first L.P. I ever bought was Bob Moore's "Mexico" That was a while back. Well a little. With moving House a few times since then it kind of got lost. I decided it was about time to treat myself and replace it so was real pleased to find this C.D.. Having bought it I am certainly not disappointed. Great to hear Bob Moore's music again after so long, and great quality. Just enjoying it.Mexico

Still Remembered After Forty-five Years (or so),
By Artist & Author (Near Mt. Baker, WA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Mexico [Vinyl] (Vinyl)
It was either the year I graduated from high school, or the year after (1963, 1964) and one evening I heard 'Mexico' playing on one of Detroit's EZ-listening FM stations. Of course, they just played music and did not identify the music. So, I phoned up the station and asked what it was that they were playing. When the person said it was this record, I went right out and bought the LP. Since then, I have collected about 2,000 LP records and some 800-1,000 CDs. All the records have been packed safely away for at least the last 25 years. For Christmas, I received a USB turntable so I can finally start to convert the records to CDs. You can be sure that if this Bob Moore 'Mexico' is worn out from frequent playing, I will immediately order this CD. My recomendation? I'll answer with a question - how many records can you specifically remember exactly where and when your first heard it. . . after more than forty years? The music on this record/CD is that memorable to me.
