Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Mexico City: Complete Tourist Guide (Paperback)
This is, undoubtedly, THE #1 tourist guide to Mexico City and it's immediate vicinity. I spent several months (usually Sunday-Weds) in Mexico city over the last couple years. The hotel taxi driver lent me a copy to read - it's truly a wonderful book. Very detailed, well-organized, quite comprehensive on historical aspects, etc. Would be incredible value at anything up to $100 if you plan on spending a lot of time in the city.

The ONE problem - I tried to buy a copy of my own. No longer in print. Ok - I'll buy one used via Amazon - every seller who claimed to have a copy suddenly could either not locate it or claimed it was sent and "returned damaged". This all sounds very fishy, so I'm not quite sure what the real deal is, here. No matter - if you can lay your hands on one of these, treasure it!
