Mexico en la Piel by Luis Miguel is a wonderful album. Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlan made a superb job with the musical arrangements. Luis Miguel's voice is simply angelical, engergetic and crystal clear. He sings every song with pride and his passion for folk Mexican music makes of this album a real jewel. In addition the DVD showing parts of Mexico, musical history of Luis Miguel and a coupple of concerts live...makes this cd a must to have. I don't get tired of listenging to it. I enthusiastically recommend it! Thanks.

Es un material impecable,majestuoso en pocas palabras increible. Como comente en Mexico en la piel(2004) el material es una obra maestra contiene todo lo que un material debe tener pero el edición diamante es dirigido a fanáticos de LM y claro a todos los que querían mas de luis miguel en mariachi. Los dos temas nuevos son muy buenos Por Un Amor y Mi Ciudad , Si amaste méxico en la piel o quieres conocer el material Luis Miguel Mexico En La Piel Edicion Diamante es para ti.

This Cd is a new edition to the CD Mexico en la Piel, has two new songs, it is a must have.

at first I was little sckeptical about Luis Miguel's voice for mariachi, been always a fan of his romances and ballad or bolero recordings, when I heard Mexico en la piel I was blown away by his voice with mariachi, I can definettly now say he could sing in any style, and do it well.

I'm not a fan of mariachi music, but I can listen to this album many times and never det tired of it. I have some other albums recorded by Luis Miguel and this is one the best he ever did. I would give 10 stars.

In my opinion, not his best. I much prefer 33, Todos Los Romances as far as singing, mood music and Luis Miguel at his finest!
