Crafted of hard-anodized aluminum this 4-1/2-quart saucepot from KitchenAid features a 3-layer nonstick system designed for outstanding food release and scratch resistance. Hard-anodized aluminum has been given a special finish to protect it from corrosion. It is a good conductor of heat and the special finish also helps its stick-resistance. The saucepot boasts two cast stainless-steel handles and it's oven safe to 500 degrees F. A break-resistant glass lid seals in moisture and nutrients and allows for see-through convenience.
