Quality Cookware
This is one of my first pieces of getting a quality set of cooking tools. What a difference, you would think a pot and a pan is a pot or a a pan, but you can definetely tell the difference when you're holding one of these. It came quickly and I love it.

It can't take the heat
I am very disappointed in this pan. It can't take the heat of stir-frying. When the pan is hot, food sticks in the grooves that distinguish Circulon from other cookware. Adding liquid to dissolve the stuck food is only partly effective. It might work OK if you're only using it for vegetables, without sauce, meat or seafood. The pan is totally unsuitable to stir-frying...

I am very disappointed in this pan. It can't take the heat of stir-frying. When the pan is hot, food sticks in the grooves that distinguish Circulon from other cookware. Adding liquid to dissolve the stuck food is only partly effective. It might work OK if you're only using it for vegetables, without sauce, meat or seafood. The pan is totally unsuitable to stir-frying combination dishes, and its shape and size make it unsuitable for other purposes.
