Simply The Best
I have owned this griddle for four years and I just love. It sees daily use and turns out a perfect product every time. I find that if I treat any non stick surface like it was cast iron it will last a long time. I only wash it with water and a stiff brush. You should never use soap as it dries the surface which causes flaking of the surface and then the food starts to...

All those hard-to-clean circular grooves..
This piece is nice and heavy, but the non-stick surface is embossed with circular grooves that are quite hard to clean. With a smooth Autograph-3 coating, I would rate 5 stars. However, have to limit this one to 3.

I have owned this griddle for four years and I just love. It sees daily use and turns out a perfect product every time. You should never use soap as it dries the surface which causes flaking of the surface and then the food starts to stick. I haven't had any problem with the ridges. I was sorry to see that Amazon doesn't carry it any more. I need a new one for camping and will have to buy it elsewhere.

This griddle is non stick with plenty of space to do more than a pound of bacon, 8 or 9 sunny side up eggs, 5 grilled cheese or 12" quesadilla's with lots of cheese, leftover vegetables and or meats of your choice. Shredded pork with mango salsa and cheese on tortia's or pita breads.
Really functional, and clean up is a breeze. |
