Fantastic... Just as i remembered Sloth. Really good detail and likeness - much better likeness than the other figures in the Goonies series. There is something special about the 7" figure over the larger sizes. I think it maybe the detail, But I love the 7" figure and this Sloth one of my favorites.

I placed an order with ToyWiz.com for the Mezco Toyz product - The Goonies 7 inch scale stylized action figure Sloth on July 9, 2008. Upon receiving the item, I discovered that there was a place for the sword but it wasn't contained in the box. As this item was purchased as a Collector's Item and will be staying in the box, I was beyond frustrated to discover that a piece was missing. When I contacted ToyWiz.com on July 21, I was told by customer service representative Eileen that my complaint was being looked into and that I would be contacted within thirty minutes to resolve the issue. I was never called back. I called ToyWiz.com again today to find out why I hadn't been given an update and the woman (whose name I wasn't told) told me that I was called on July 21 that I would need to contact the manufacturer. Unfortunately, the woman at ToyWiz.com had no contact information other than an email address and after I complained that this item is a gift and time is an important factor, she told me that I would not be able to exchange the item with ToyWiz.com but I could get a refund if I returned it, but that there would be a 10% restocking fee and I refuse to pay money for a mistake made by either Mezco Toyz or ToyWiz.com so I have addressed a complaint to both companies. Regardless of finger pointing, both companies should really consider looking into their customer service departments.
Update: It is now September 24 and I have not heard back from either company and I would definitely recommend NOT purchasing Collector's Item figurines from them.
