It really works!! I infused mustard and beer flavor into my bratwurst. It was delicious!! The flavor combinations are endless!! You could use any liquid, I have used wine, beer, soy sauce, broth, fruit juice, butter, salad dressing and smoking chips. This is a great product.

I have had this grill for about a month now and I use it all the time. It really does put the flavor of your choice into the food and the food remains moist. We like well done foods especially with mad cow disease, so I make sure to over cook and the meat is tender and moist. Even smoked salmon is moist.

I got the MIA Grill as a gift. I am not a great cook, but with the help of this grill, I feel like a gourmet chef!! I have been experimenting with lots of flavors. I cooked two large lobster tails. In the inner chamber I put butter and lemon juice, in the outer chamber I put white wine and spices. I steamed the tails for 12 minutes. It is the best tasting lobster I have ever had. The lobster tails were infused with the taste of wine, butter and lemon, no need to dip in lemon butter. This is a great product!!
