This book is not worth it. The size of it is deceiving. It is not art, nor is it a real collectors item. The majority of the images appear in workout magazines and are easily accessible. There is no text (which implies it has one sole purpose) and the images in the magazines are much larger than what appears in this book. The only thing this book is truly useful for is cutting up and using for a high school girl's dream poster for her bedroom.
