I recommend this video to anyone in any standpoint, from his fans to those who are anti-Jackson. Not many revelations, but what is needed for MJ's life is the truth and facts simply being told. That is enough to show who he really was.

For devoted fans, you do not need this for yourself. However, this could be used as a video for you to introduce real MJ to your friends who are currently anti-Jackson or are not well-informed of him. Since this is rationally and objectively narrated, it helps anyone gain fairer view about him apart from the media's fabricated stories. The mysterious flood of new information after Jackson's death have already illustrated that the media had long been fragmented the facts and reported only sensational, mostly anti-Jackson information. Now is the time for the truth to be spread.

Also, a combination of this video and MJ's performance video would be a great answer to your children's question who Michael was. A safe-for-children video.

This video is a happy medium. Supportive to MJ, but no too much screaming fans. Just facts, which I believe is the best. The only thing I think is missing in this video is Atty. Thomas Mesereau's convincing comment on MJ's trial.

i didnt hate this, but it was not worth the money spent. the chronological order of the video footage rarely matched what was spoken about in the narrative. plus, much of the same footage was repeated over and over. i doubt i'll give it a second look, and actually havent even watched it in its entirety yet, because the narrator was annoying. i got carried away buying all that i could with michal in it, but i recommend saving your money on this one. unless it goes on clearance for $1.00.

This disc is great for seeing MJ up close and hearing his voice during his speech at Oxford and his visit with Mandela, for example. The picture quality is very, very good and devoted fans will get a really clear view of MJ, though it's usually a quick view. I've purchased almost every other positive thing about MJ. I'm glad I finally bought this. Micheal is presented lovingly and respectfully ... hence, "Devotion..." My thanks to the producers.

This dvd was a cool little documentary about the man the legend Michael Jackson. If what to learn more about the man check this one out. Was it the best documentary about him no but for 5 dollars or less it is a good deal.

I received this DVD today and highly recommend it. This is the first DVD tribute I have seen that actually focuses on Michael not on media created junk. I really enjoyed it and it has great bonuses. It will be another treasure in my MJ collection!

I love Michael Jackson, so of course I loved this video. Devotion is one more that I added to my collection.

I think it needed more detail. It wasn't long enough. He ended the video at too young of a age.

Devotion was very enjoyable and as I like to buy as much as possible regarding Michael, of course so that I can find out as much as possible about him, it was up there, I'll be watching it again....luv MJ The Fans Collection is a good one to buy also. The Michael Jackson Untold Story, not sure if I bought it here, I can't get it to play even though I've made my dvd player region free ?

When Michael Jackson passed away last year, there were so many people whom had deeply forgotten in the world his detemination of being a singer, a person, and why he was named the King Of Pop. That has been shown for so long in a very darkened shadow, from being labeled as Wacko Jacko, to those who've thought he was absolutely strange. But he had shown a giving heart to anyone whom thought of him as compassion, and that is shown in Michael Jackson: Devotion, which honestly offers a bit kinder and more gentler look at his needs to giving back at others, from organizing the Heal The World foundation, to the loyalty of his fans who've stood by him through thick and thin. It shows not anything negative from his life, unlike so many other documentaries like E!'s True Hollywood Story. If you're a hard core Michael Jackson fan, I absolutely would recommend seeing this documentary from a man who was in the mirror known for his faults, but also his definitive triumphs to deliver, and that is absolute devotion.
