Customer service was great. I first ordered the larger version of this watch (which arrived promptly and packaged excellent)and knew immediately it would be too large for my daughter's wrist. This was not a problem as I returned it and received the smaller version. It is a very nice watch and looks and feels like quality. My daughter is extremely excited to finally own a Michele watch (this was the best price too!). I would definately buy from this dealer again and also buy another Michele watch. Amazon is a trusted site to buy through and will continue to use them.
