This was a B-day gift for my daughter, great watch. Would certainly recommend this watch and this seller, arrived within 3 days of purchase!

Ordered watch on a Wed, was delivered the following Tue. Very happy with item and service. Would buy from this seller again. Have also recommended this seller to some friends.

I love my new watch. It is exactly what I wanted. Although, the authenticity card is for the michele deco diamond chronograph watch, instead of the one that I got. I did have a few problems with my order in the beginning. I originally placed my first order in the beginning of october and it never was shipped to me during the shipping time estimate so I had to contact watchgrabber (they did not contact me to let me know that it was not in stock), who then told me the order was in a hold/pending status and that I had to contact amazon. When I contacted amazon they told me the seller no longer had the item in stock and therefore it was cancelled. A few weeks later I checked the website again and the seller had the item available again and so I placed a new order and the second time around I did not have a problem and received the order in time.

The whole experience w/this company was a complete joke...

The watch I ordered was not the problem; I simply didn't like the look of it and it was too big. My fault, should have gone to Nordstrom to see it in person. Ordered the watch and three days later the price dropped $60.00. Called the 800# and spoke w/someone in Customer Service...except it was really shady. The CS rep. said she could not do anything about the price difference and was not willing to take the $60 off my final bill. I told her to cancel my order and I would reorder w/the new price. Her response was that I would have to wait for the new watch to arrive. Finally I asked to speak w/her supervisor b/c we weren't getting anywhere. Her response was to place me on hold for what seemed forever and when she finally came back, she said the supervisor could not be reached. She said she could drop $30, but that's it...like we were bargaining or something. I said fine, take the $30 off and continue w/the shipping. The watch arrived on a Monday night...I excitedly opened the box, looked at the watch, realized the face was much too big for my liking and put it back in the box. I IMMEDIATELY went online to fill out the return info and received a response that they would get back to me w/an RMA #. Next day - received another email w/the RMA# and directions asking me to ship it back FedEx Ground, insure it for $$, and have the RMA# on the outside of the box. Did this exactly as asked. Here's where I wait...and wait...and wait. Suddenly two weeks later, I receive an email telling me my order is on its way...WHAT? I call to find out what they're sending me...office closed. I call the next day and get another shady CS rep on the phone who explains the box was received, the watch was scratched, worn, and links were missing...and they were sending it back to me. I about lost it. I asked to speak w/a supervisor and was placed on hold again. Supervisor never came to the phone, apparently "he" was at lunch. I contacted Amazon right away and they solved my problem, however the watch still arrived UPS a few days later. Although the money has been placed back on my debit card, the watch is still on my kitchen counter. I am on the phone as I type...the female CS rep. answered and had someone in the background telling her how much she owed her for coffee. The female asked me to hold on a second while they discussed this matter. I said, "Excuse me." This is unbelievable. I immediately asked to speak w/her supervisor and she wanted to know what the problem was. Now I am on hold waiting for her supervisor...David. Apparently I'm to receive an email w/a UPS account number to send it back...we'll see.

All I have to say is do not order ANYTHING through this company. It is a major headache and you might never get your full refund back.

I ordered this for myself ( a birthday present to me). When I got it, I was afraid it was too big, too showy. It's a bit heavy, too. But after a week of wearing it, I was in love, and still am. It is stunning, I get lots of compliments. Perfect with jeans and a t-short or an evening dress.

I bought this watch last month. It took about a week to come in from the day I ordered it. I absolutely love this watch. I have had my eye on it for a while now. The only downside was that it was way too big and you have to go into a store that sells these wathes and have the links removed. There were no instructions to removing the links, and I was told that you cannot do it yourself. Nor did I really want to try for fear of scratching it. Though no big deal. I took it to Nordstrom and they had no problem adjusting it for me. This watch is a timeless calssic and I love it!

Just got this watch for my birthday and it is perfect. I had to get four links removed and I have a big wrist, so be ready to take a trip to the jeweler. I went to Nordstrom and they did it for free. This is a high quality swiss watch, with very trendy features to it. Searched the web and stores and amazon had the best price on this watch, no need to shop anywhere else. Free shipping, no tax, no brainer!

This watch is great. I saw that my friend had it and it looked amazing, so i got one for myself. Ordered it on wednesday, came on friday; extremely quick delivery.
