#520 is pretty good. However, if one is doing a driving tour of the region, the Michelin Local map editions #321 may be a good or better substitute. For Franche-Comté, while the Regional #520 map is 1:200000 scale, the Local #321 (Doubs, Jura) map is nearly equivalent, but slightly more detailed at 1:175000. As a bonus, the Michelin Green Guides are indexed to #321 not #520.
