I have used the Michelin guides all across Europe ans as such have become reliant upon their detail and form of presentation. On a recent rip to DC with some spare time, I wanted to look around again, having lived there many years ago, and used this guide. It is a quality produce and provides excellent detail on all of the visitor locations, directions, and background information for the educated tourist. It is NOT a hotel or restaurant guide nor was it intended to be such. The material is well researched and presented in classic Michelin form. I found it quite useful for seeing DC anew.

Guide is very inferior to the DK guide I bought at the same time.Old fashioned very limited content and few photos. DK guides far superior
