Format: Paperback
This book is a must read for all motorists! Ever had just one drink with dinner at a restaurant and then drove home?
But DUI doesn't just stop there. Learn all of your rights and all of the things that people do to unintentionally make a DUI stop go from unpleasant to an arrest. Patrick outlines the do's and don'ts in a well written and informative manner. You will be surprised at the information this book contains and - more importantly - how to deal with a DUI situation if it ever occurs to you. Don't delay!

Great read. As a lawyer who has handled these cases, it is well worth the read. Patrick does a great job at hitting the points that count and explaining them simply without the mumbo jumbo used by most lawyers.

Patrick Barone has stepped out above the fray by publishing this remarkable book for Michigan citizens accused of impaired driving. Because he has made the book so affordable, if you (or a loved one) have pending charges for DUI-DWI-OWI in Michigan, only a fool would ignore this useful information.

With the constant evolution of laws and Michigan laws becoming more Draconian and nonsensical it is important to stay up to date. This book helps do that with a variety of topics addressed. Not only is drunk driving covered but the large expansion of driving under the influence of drugs, driver's license restoration and many other issues. Michigan Dui Law doesn't just cover the law but addresses trial strategy for a successful case and potential pratfalls. It is well written and organized.
