Worked fine until it needed to be re-threaded. The machine worked fine when it came out of the box, but we could not get it re-threaded despite having two sewing experts looks at it. Rather disappointing for my daughter. This was her birthday present. We even tried to find a tutorial on [...], but none was available.

The "lil" machine worked very well until I had to re-thread it. Out of the box it was great.... I have worked with many sewing machines from a 1901 singer to modern machines, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this to anyone. It was a total waste of money.

I rec'd this machine just as promised and after reading other reviews, I set about reading the instructions. It was not to difficult to figure out but what surprised me was that it did not do a lock stitch. It does an adequate chain stitch but not a lock stitch. I wound up donating it to the Girl Scouts and bought a real machine at a local superstore.

This was a bad experience all together. I did not remedy the situation because my organization skills are not the best and I am a chronic procrasinator, and with that being said that part would be my fault that I did not research how to return the product or get a refund. My granddaughter did not tell me that it had not worked since she first tried to sew something because she didn't want to hurt my feelings (she was nine at the time). I didn't find out till months later. Very bad experience with a cheap product.

It is a good machine. Even though I returned it because of two small non-functional flaws, the machine works perfectly and my wife likes it. Still recommend it.

im not new to sewing and this machine is horrible! it works fin then boom the thread from underneath gets all tied up and the machine jamms over and over i tried different threads different fabics and nothing it keeps jamming! then when it is working fine out of no where it keeps cutting the thread out of the needle! grrr! completely frustrating and a complete waste of money!

I did not know how to sew before buying this machine. It was a great starter to hit the ground running. Although it didn't last very long it was worth the money before investing in a better machine.

Was hard to figure out how to thread it, as I'm a beginner, instructions were difficult to understand. But once I figured it out, it's a pretty good machine for the price! Quite smaller than I expected but great for a beginner or even a child.
