I bought this for Christmas for my 2-1/2 year old grandson, and while it is way too small to be useful, he does love everything Mickey and wears this constantly, even when not riding his bike.

PROS: Well constructed. Graphics are very colorful and eye catching.

CONS: Small! This sits on top of my grandson's head, alien-style and looks strange. It does not encase his head, it literally sits on top. I am not sure how much protection it would offer.

I think this would be more suited to an even younger child, maybe an 18-month-old on a tricycle?

I'm not sure what they mean by "toddler" when they labeled this item, but there is NO way it will fit on our 3.5 year old boy! It's being returned to Amazon and we'll just have to go somewhere local to purchase one so we can fit him.

I ordered this toddler helmet for my son who is 20 months and its so small we couldn't even attempt to get it on his head. His head was 49cm at 18 months, I'm not sure how big around the inside of the helmet was. It is cute and I like that it came with knee or elbow pads. We ended up buying a helmet at a bike shop that is a reputable brand in a kids xs. It seems much more sturdy than the mikey mouse helmet, although the mikey one would have been fine for riding his trike around the backyard.

I am happy with this purchase. Fits my 2 year old great. She is very petite,though, not sure if this would fit a boy her same age.

I purchased this helmet for my 2 1/2 year old son. I like the Mickey Mouse artwork; however, it is very difficult to buy a helmet online. It fits his head, but just barely, so I know that I will be purchasing a new helmet soon.

We got this for one of my 2 1/2 year olds. (the other was the deiago helemt). It fits well and he doesn't have any problem wearing it. I didn't like that this only came with 2 pads, but my son loves mickey so I thought it would be a good way to get him to wear it. I have never bought anyother helmets to compair this too but it seems pretty good.

My 22- months-old son absolutely loves this micky helmet, to wear and play with. But I realize that it came with some defects. The yellow tape around it is misplaced, making a mess with the sticky part of the tape at the front of the helmet, so plastic ends are projected out and not safe for children, and also inside the cushion line are not even attached properly and torn from the begining. I read in someone else's review that it is small. Indeed, my son is really small for his age, but this is barely fitting him. I would not recommend this to anybody, unless one is looking for a helmet as a toy.....

My grand son loves these. Would not take them off at end of day. Great construction for safety. If you would like to protect your child then these are a must have item

This went along with our son's first tricycle at 2. He has a smaller sized head and this fit him perfectly. We have not had a use yet for the elbow pads but keep them around until we might need them one day soon. Great price at amazon too. And, Mickey mouse is his favorite.
