I bought this book for my son, who turned 2 in December. He loves the book and can easily find the items. I would not buy this for a child over 4, because it is intended to be pretty easy. For my 2 year old, though, it is perfect. The book is very large and sturdy, which is also great for a 2 year old. He reads it over and over, and seems very proud of himself when he finds the items. We have an Elmo/Sesame Street book just like it that my daughter used at his age and that my son also enjoys. I think these books are great purchases.

I purchased this book for my 2 year old. We both love it! She loves to find the things the book asks her to as well as point out other things in the picture. It keeps her entertained. The pictures are big enough that she can see the things she is looking for. The book is very durable and well made. I am very happy with my purchase!

Our 2 year old got this as a b-day gift. she LOVES Mickey so this was a big hit. We have another "first look and find" book and she also loves it. so the basic concept of this series works for us. the big surprise was reaction of our 7 m old son. generally he has marginal interest in books. But when he saw this book he garbed it out of the hands of our daughter and refused to let go. this is a big bulky heavy book it is almost as big as the baby (he is a small baby). Now he is very much hooked on this book and loves looking at the pages. this is a good book to have.

I bought this for my 18 month old daughter who loves Mickey Mouse and her 3 year old sister fights her for it. She likes looking at the pictures and pointing out the characters. I like that the pages are hard so she can't rip the book apart playing with it. Great purchase.

Bought this book for 3 year old twin grandchildren, one boy, one girl who love Mickey Mouse. Kept them busy helping Micky find the items for some time and very proud of themselves when they did! Had bought them a more complicated look and find book earlier which I ended up putting away temporarily, just a little too hard for them at their age but this one was perfect.

My daughter is almost three and watches her 6 year old sister do the more advanced books all the time so I wanted to try to find one that she could do and enjoy. She loves this book and it is easy enough for her.

My triplets love these types of books, they play with them for hours. I would buy them again and again.

My 26 month old immediately got the concept that he was supposed to find the items in the picture. It was fun from my perspective to see him "get it." This has been a book that he brings to be "read" over and over.

We bought this book for my daughters 2nd birthday. We have to read it on a daily basis! My daughter and son (who is just about to turn one) often fight over it. Luckily, my mother-in-law purchased a similar Elmo book so the disputes are more easily settled.

The book is large in size, but I think that is part of it's appeal for small children. My 11 month old baby has no problem sitting next to the book and turing the cardboard pages. He will even point to areas of the page; a trick he learned from watching his sister.

Some of the items are unusual, but my daughter doesn't seem to have any trouble locating them once I point to the example picture. As far as that goes, it has helped to expand her vocabulary. The pictures are bright and keep them both entertained for a great length of time.

I do recommend this if your tots enjoy books. As I said, my son turns one next month and I just place my Amazon order for his birthday preset; 4 more of these big "first look and find" books! (With one extra for his big sis)

I bought this for my one year old. He loves Mickey Mouse. I was thinking this was going to be a smaller book but it is very large. It is nice because you can really see the pictures, it is a little hard for my one year old to flip the big pages though. The colors are very bright and vivid. I think this is a great book for toddlers. My 7 year old even enjoys helping her brother look at this book.
