Product Description

Everyone's invited to Big Pete's Halloween party. But the gang needs to reach Trick-Or-Treat Tower before the moon is full, or the gates will lock and the party will be over before it even starts. Can they get through the foggy woods, past the Candy Corn Patch and over the drawbridge in time? With your help -- and the right mousketools - they might make it! Join Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Donald, Daisy and Pluto for three magical mouseketales that celebrate the power of teamwork, caring and sharing. Plus, as a special bonus treat, blast off with the Little Einsteins on a high-spirited Halloween adventure.

Mickey Mouse and his pals Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Pluto, Goofy, and Pete invite toddlers and preschoolers to join them in Mickey's clubhouse for some playtime fun and adventure that emphasizes teamwork and aides in the development of logic and math skills. In "Mickey's Treat," Mickey and his pals are dressing up in costumes to attend Big Pete's Halloween party--the only catch is they have to make their way along a candy corn path and through the foggy woods to get to the tower before the moon is full. Only by working together and using the appropriate "mousketools" can the group make it to Pete's party on time. "Goofy the Great" finds magician Goofy desperately in need of some practice before a big magic show. Luckily, he can count on Mickey and his friends for lots of encouragement and some counting and patterning help. In "Doctor Daisy, M.D.," Daisy works toward earning her pretend doctor sticker by seeing an office full of willing patients and curing their ills with a little help from her friends and some handy mousketools. Also included is a bonus episode "Little Einstein's Halloween" in which the Little Einsteins' preparations for their Halloween party take them to castles around the world. The episode features art by the Lumbourg brothers and music by Edvard Grieg. (Ages 2 and older) --Tami Horiuchi

Just received this DVD today and like Mickey's Great Clubhouse Hunt and Mickey Saves Santa, this one is great and my 2 year old son loves it. There are two other episodes on the DVD that we have seen on Playhouse Disney. There is the Dr. Daisy episode where Daisy tries to earn her pretend dr. sticker and there is the Magician Goofy episode where the gang helps Goofy practice his magic tricks for the magic show. We've seen these several times before but my son still loves to watch them. The Halloween episode is cute. I just wish they would release more! If your little one is a Mickey Mouse lover then he/she will love this one as well, there is no doubt!!

To celebrate the upcoming Halloween season, Disney presents its third "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" DVD thus far: the eagerly anticipated "Mickey's Treat."

Suffice to say, this DVD is well worth the current sale price. In this DVD set, there are three 'Mickey' episodes: the title episode(with the standard 24-minute length), the previously seen "Goofy the Great" (Goofy ineptly performs magic tricks with Mickey's help), and "Dr. Daisy," (the gang pretend to have boo-boo's for pretend Dr. Daisy), with the bonus of a cute "Little Einsteins" Halloween episode thrown in for added measure. Instead of a music video this time around, there are some kiddie cooking recipes and a CD-ROM interactive feature as the special extras.

In the first-rate title episode, Mickey & friends (Donald, Daisy, Minnie, Goofy & Pluto) are in costume for trick-or-treating at which time they are invited to attend troublesome pal Pete's party. The episode subsquently shows the gang attempting to reach in time the decorative Trick-or-Treat Tower for the party before the Tower's gates lock per the magic Halloween moon (which acts as a clock of sorts). As usual, Mickey's mouseketools are needed for their journey, including an amusing bit near the end where Mickey displays his resourcefulness once again after Pete actually charges them 'admission' to his own party (even though no one else bothers to show up).

Overall, I would rate the title episode as perhaps one of the finest so far in the "Mickey Mouse Clubhouse" series, in terms of wit, charm, and the implied message that sharing with others does matter (even at Halloween time). The other two "Mickey" episodes and the "Little Einsteins" Halloween episode are above average. While we would rate "Dr.

"Put on your costume, grab your goody bag and join Mickey and his pals for spooktacular Halloween fun. Mouskeready, mousekeset...here we go! Everyone's invited to Big Pete's Halloween pary. But the gang needs to reach Trick-or-Treat Tower before the moon is full, or the gates will lock and the party will be over before it even starts.

Can they get through the foggy woods, past the Candy Corn Patch and over the drawbridge in time? With your help--and the right mouseketools--they just might make it!" -- From the back cover

My son wanted this DVD for Halloween and he seems to enjoy it! With the run time of 72 minutes, this DVD features three episodes: Mickey's Treat, Dr. Daisy, and Goofy the Great.

Arguably one of the best aspects to this DVD is the Little Einsteins bonus episode! "A Little Einstein's Halloween" is fantastic, following the kids around to famous castles as they trick-or-treat!

There are some DVD-ROM Games and Activities on this DVD, but my son hasn't accessed those yet (Spooky Clubhouse Cookbook and Creepy Clubhouse Character Stencils).

This full screen DVD also has French and Spanish tracks, as well as subtitles.

Highly recommended for benign Halloween fun!

My son is 2 1/2 years old and really enjoys Mickey - this is a fun Halloween episode, with all the characters dressing up in costumes. There are two more Mickey episodes - Dr. Daisy and Goofy as a magician. As a bonus, there is a Little Einsteins Halloween episode too - COOL - my son loves that show as well

this is a great movie to watch with your kids or grandkids. as long as you get into it with them, and don't forget to encourage by dancing along, yes , that's right you have to do the dance, you find yourself feeling young at heart and enjoying the laughter of the little ones, as they dance along with you and mickey.
it's also a great learning tool and encourages them to think as they have fun helping solve cute stories.

This is a collection of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse episodes (which are readily DVR-able on Disney Jr.). My kid has already seen most of this DVD. I ordered this without reading closely, and thought I was getting a full-length (or at least an hour) long show about Halloween. Only one episode has anything to do with Halloween. Disappointed. But if your kid hasn't seen these, he or she will probably enjoy it.

I will say that if you have a way to record The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse on your TV, you may have no need for the DVD's because it is technically just 3 episodes of the MMC. However, if you are buying it to have for use in a personal DVD player or maybe your car, it is just what you are looking for then!

It has 3 MMC episodes and a bonus Little Einstein's episode also with a halloween theme.
