Diminutive Mickey Rooney has been in show business for more than 80 years as actor, producer, writer, composer, and director. He won two Golden Globes and an Emmy and has received or been nominated for many other awards. About the Author

Alvin H. Marill, author of more than two dozen books on stage, screen and television, is a charter member of the Television Movie Hall of Fame. He lives in New Jersey.
