I love this microwave cookware set! It really does brown roasts and other cuts of meat. I have used the roaster rack several times to make things like bacon (with no yucky spattering or mess to clean up!) and crispy pizzas with the micro-bake method.

I have used the roasting set to cook a bonelessleg of lamb, several whole chickens, a beef roast, cornish game hens, and quickie chicken tenderloins.

I will have to replace the roasting rack soon as I dropped it from a height above my head while retrieving it fro mstorage. THe rack cracked in several places but is still usable. It was totally my fault that it broke sicne I wouldnt expect anything to survive from the height at which I dropped it.

I also ow the poaching set, the tote and the tray set. These sets have really expanded my meal repetoire since I prefer not to cook with our gas stove.
