product is very fragile, its feels like it will fall apart anytime. it does cut you if you are not careful.

product was effective enough when it worked. i did have minor issues with the switch since day one. now it has 100% failed after about a month of ownership

when i read in the directions not to use in a moist environment, i knew i had made a mistake in purchasing this product

i've had a remington wet/dry for years with no problems

I bought 2 of these shavers at the same time, and the 1st one didnt work at all, so I had to send it back. The 2nd one trims, but the light doesnt work..I would NOT recommend this to friends

i had used the old micro touch trimmer for years and it was great. when it finally died i got the microtouch max. what a mistake. a complete waste of money. it worked once and then NEVER AGAIN. it is not worth buying and if it weren't such a pain to return i would!!! DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT.

This item is very cheap. The light didn't work from the start. The battery needed to be installed at an angle to work. I tried new battery and even tested the battery streangh with a volt meter. The problem was with the design of the unit I received. Given the cost, it wasn't worth my time to go through the hassel of returning it.

The seller did a good job getting the item to me though.

Purchased 2 of these trimmers and both have on / off switches that are very tempermental, you have to play with it in order for the motor to run at full speed. Would not purchase another one.

I have given the Micro Touch Max just one star only because there isn't a lesser category. It's a very expensive piece of junk made doubly so because I allowed myself to be conned into getting the deluxe model. It's under powered and jams easily making it necessary to dismantle and clean throughly each time you use it. Then after six uses it died completely. A battery change and cleaning did nothing to revive it. So why didn't I return and get a replacement under the warranty? They wanted me to pay the postage both ways to fix their problem. with no guarantee that the replacement will be any better. I'm not going to throw good money after bad.

A piece was missing from the packaging. The light attached to the shaver never even worked. Thanks for nothing. This product sucks.

I placed an order online at the microtouch site a month ago. After receiving a call from the company asking me to sign up for something else they were selling, I refused and received a notice telling me that it would be another month before I saw the product. Don't waste your time

I was very happy with the original MicroTouch But this new MicroTouch Max is useless the 2 I purchased did not cut anything I'm wondering if they are even made by the same company.
