THIS BOOK IS SO EASY TO WORK WITH AND ALLOWS KOSHER RECIPES TO BE EASILY ADAPTED TO MICROWAVE COOKING I UNDERSTAND THAT THERE IS A NEW BOOK BASED ON LOW FAT DUE OUT EARLY IN 1998 AND IT IS WRITTEN IN THE SAME TEXT AND FORMAT OF ALL OF GILLETZ'S BOOKS
