This lab book what was used in my class and we would do 3-4 experiments a day. Book is clear and helpful.

I saved a fortune by buying this older version of the current 9th ed. It's the same thing but just not updated a few less chapters. So far, it has served its purpose.

This book is very clear and straight-forward. If you read the text ahead of time, you will clearly understand the procedures and theoretical context for your lab class. It clearly is a beginner's manual, though, so it does not go terribly in depth into the molecular biochemistry of the experiments, which for many people will be a good thing, but not for those who want to learn everything about everything.

Its just perfect for the Microbiology class!! I recommend it!! This manual will show you how to work in the Microbiology laboratory with great skills!! The best manual I have ever used in my life!!

This is a fair microbiology lab manual; however, there are several better, but it was cheap. FDA puts out a BAM manual which has more depth and ther are several others worth looking into.

very easy to understand, words broken down in plain english. One of the most helpful lab manuals you will ever come across. Especially if you are majoring in Science, Chem., or Nursing.

I LOVED READING THIS BOOK FOR CLASS AND FOR FUN!! (AND SO DID MY 3 YEAR OLD SON). P.S. I got an A+ in microbiology.

great book, good condition. contains all the necessary handouts. a bit expensive, but was the cheapest I could find. overall good buy.

In lab today, I realized that there were missing pages in this lab manual!!! I really needed the data charts and everything so I had to record all of my data on a separate piece of paper. Why would anyone sell a book that has pages ripped out of it???
Plus, it's supposed to be SPECIFIED in the product details that some pages are missing and there is wear and tear. Duh.
So next time customers,when u buy something used, make SURE nothing is missing cuz that was really stressful for me.

This was a great book...but ended up not needed it and had a bunch of problems with Amazon trying to return it and trying to charge me bogus fees for the return. Tankfully it was resolved.
