Various music styles has influenced this italian growing group to make this album. A journey from trip-hop to drum'n'bass/house italian singed. This crew has class to sell on the big beat scene... Don't waste time....buy it!

In an online interview with Grignani, he mentioned that Subsonica was the band that he listened to the most often and found very influential for his own work. So by the recommendation of admittedly a near genius Italian rock songwriter, I sent for this CD. I was not disappointed. No one I know could have ever told me about Subsonica in San Francisco! No one I know speaks Italian or goes to Italy. in very little time, a few weeks, I had purchased every single album Subsonica has put out. If you haven't listened to Subsonica, this CD is as good a place to start as any and if you haven't listened to Grignani start with La Fabrica de Plastica!!!! It is really too bad that Americans refuse to listen to popular music if it is not in English. I only speak English but I never listen to music in English going on 7 years now! Rock en espanol has it all and than so much more, groups like Zoe from Mexico City; then Subsonica, Italy, and Noir Desir, France. I blame the American recording companies. North Americans cannot be so much less musically adept or can they? I know Mexico is in North America never thought about it till I started hearing the Norteno music. Mexico rules in rock this decade. There is no disputing that!!!

Tutti i miei sbagli,

OK, so I heard this song in a club in Rome. OK, it was love at first beat. This group is the other side of Italpop, the darker proof of a culture that is about more than Gelati and Pizza. If you're tired of Paolo Meneguzzi, Eros Ramazzotti, and are looking to graduate from soft pop to something more complex to satisfy your craving for Italian music (and if you like Depeche Mode, Kraftwerk, Ideal, European New Wave Groups etc.) get this album. Also, their new album rocks!
