These are outrageously wonderful warm and wonderfully beautiful socks. Colors and textures far better than photograph can show. The smoke hue is incredible-a rich, warm charcoal. The turquoise is just brilliant and beautiful.

Fit is generous, working for women with larger feet and ankles, including a real size 10. Stretch is knit into the fabric, so these will never leave an elastic mark on your ankles. These socks truly cradle your skin.

I have circulation problems in my feet and these warm fuzzy socks have earned the title "new favorite". So comfortable, warm, and outrageously satisfying that I am going to order more right away.

Recommended as a gift for women of all ages!

I ordered 2 pairs of these for Christmas gifts-a pink & a grey.

The pink was soft & warm & washed well-no dryer. However, there are pink fuzzies all over the place-in bed (worn as sleeping socks) & all over the floor. Hope the shedding stops!

The grey was given as a gift also. Worn once, it started to fall apart at the top & could no longer be worn. It's currently on the sewing machine table to be fixed as the top started unraveling-how embarrassing. I am ashamed of giving a gift like that!

Tried to contact seller-no response. Hope they send a replacement to my giftee!

NOTE 1.21.10 : NEVER heard from the seller, never answered, but they did improve the product.

So, although nice, they leave a LOT (!) to be desired.

UPDATE 12/09: I am a repeat buyer & they must have done some improvement on them. They no longer unravel, 'pill' & put pieces of yarn all over. They're better.

The one that unraveled was mended (she's an excellent seamstress) with the surger on the machine & she just loves them! So soft, so comfy.

They wash easily-I let them air dry. Holding up very well after daily usage

2.10: These are nice socks & hold up well. I do not ever put them in the dryer. They are soft & nice. I would upgrade my original 2 to a high 4 to 5.

excellent product. My 90 year old mom had poor circulation and very cold feet. She was able to wear this in bed and they were very soft and warm. After these were sent to her, she would not wear anything else.

I can't believe how quickly the comfy spa socks arrived. I plan to buy more for Christmas stocking stuffers. The colors are extremely vibrant tho... so I will stick with white or black next time. They are well worth the price.

These socks were part of a birthday present to my wife last December. I read the reviews extolling the surreal softness of the fabric, and knew I couldn't go wrong (although expensive for a pair of non-athletic socks, imo, the price was right). What, I guess, I maybe ignored were the little hints and warnings suggesting the socks may shed, or deteriorate over time. Therefore, I will not mince words here: YOU WILL NOT WANT THESE SOCKS AFTER A FEW MONTHS OF USE. Straight out of the packaging I had to snip a stray fabric or two here and there to make it most presentable to her as a present (tried not to think much of it). After receiving them, she was touched, and remarked how warm and extremely soft -- almost silk-like -- they were (despite the fact this softness quality in the fabric material used also made it a slightly dangerous proposition to walk on hard surfaces, such as in the kitchen). The pink color was vibrant as well. However, after only a few weeks worth of washing, I began to notice the "fluff" of these socks withdrawing, with the fabric becoming increasingly matted. In addition to this, the color gradually faded from a pleasant carnation pink to an insipid, droll color, only made worse by each day's use seemingly having a cumulative effect on the socks' appearance, with streaks of black all over from the dirt of the floor contributing to its grungy look (all over the course of 2-3 months of occasional wear).

Why this gets 3 stars and not 1 is because my wife will actually still wear these things; they are still the warmest -- if no longer the softest -- socks she's owned, and the wear on the socks may have fixed the slipping problem. My wife is understanding, so the fact they're a mere shell of their former selves makes no difference to her, but I'd caution anyone giving them as a gift to a co-worker, a boss even, as anyone who isn't a loved one might consider these a dud. Buy them for yourself or someone dear to you, but temper yours and their expectations greatly.

These really are the softest socks in the universe, I feel like I'm cheating on my cat with these socks.

Wife says softest socks she has ever has but a little slippery on bare floors.

Bought these for my wife and here are some of the comments she's made:

Pros:
Very comfortable super soft plush material and keeps your feet warm.
The inside of the sock has remained soft after about a year of use and washing in the machine, and my wife still uses her first pair.

Cons:
Have a tendency to slip off your feet while sleeping and may end up down at the bottom of your bed under the covers.
The bottom will eventually get hard on the outside from walking on carpet and where you step down on it. She hasn't had any issue with slipping because she walks almost strictly on carpet.
A little bit pricey for one pair of socks BUT they will last a long time before you ever need a replacement.

Overall she highly recommends the socks to anyone looking for a soft, durable pair of socks even at the slightly high cost.

I really liked these socks, so soft and warm and the color (blue) was gr8. I just wish the price would have been better, and wish that you could bundle the colors together for a savings.

These socks are awesome. They are very soft and feel so good on your feet. The top does not make dents in your skin for those who have swelling in feet and legs. They do not fall off or move about. I love them. I want to get more. I got ivory, turquoise, smoke, and pink. LOVE them all. They are beautiful and better than any sock at a store.
