A brilliantly explained text containing extremely good applications, and above all, clear and well-referenced recipes. Most pitfalls in microscopy are the result of not following optimal processing conditions. After reading Dr. Hayat's present publication, there is no excuse for not following well-tested reliable protocols.This Handbook is the most authoritative publication in the disciplines of microscopy, immunohistochemistry and antigen retrieval methods.
