Too small,

My laptop is an HP 17". There was no way I could get my laptop into this case. Fits like a glove? What a joke. I needed the case for this weekend, and I don't have time to shop at a store for it. Better remeasure the case.

Works well for Dell 1720 Notebook,

We bought this for an Inspiron 1720 with an upgraded battery and the dimensions said they'd fit, so we ordered it based on the measured laptop.
The laptop fits very snugly in the case from bottom to top - side to side's fine - and it's well constructed with solid zippers. The one thing I would suggest is to confirm the laptop dimensions INCLUDING the battery extending out the back before purchasing (for any case on the market). Other than that, remember it's a sleeve, not a bag with any extra pockets (there aren't any on this bag) so if say, we were to disconnect the battery to make it fit in the sleeve, the battery would have to be packed along with the computer and not in a different pocket. There's plenty of cushion to protect the computer and the handles are well built. It's a great bag for the price and it was just what we were looking for, but if I was to recommend anything, it would be to make the dimension a little taller.

the dell case that shipped with my XPS M1710 17" notebook does not have excessive cushioning for the notebook in the main compartment. the microsoft 17" sleeve hugs the Dell XPS M1710 snagly and fit into the dell case. i had no problems throwing the Dell case into any airplane overhead bin over my last 3 trips.

The interior provides just the right amount of protection!
The handles make transporting the laptop a breeze! and the bag is not bulky at all! A+++ I feared it wouldn't fit my HP 17" Pavilion Dv9925nr laptop, but it did! Fits like a Glove is correct! My Laptop Dimensions are about 16"length, 11"Height, 17"screen, 1"thick.

Perfect!,

I had a tough time finding a laptop case that fit my HP 17.5". This one is a perfect fit - just like a glove. I also am able to add minor items such as paper or even the power charger. I wish the orange color wasn't so bright, but that's irrelevant. It does exactly what I bought it for - in my book that's perfect.

I was searching for a cheap and durable laptop sleeve for my 17" HP laptop and this is the best match I found. Its a perfect fit and easily slides in my backpack while traveling.

Nice bag. A 17" laptop fits easily, even with the foam insert that came with it. I left the insert in for extra protection.
I like the handles, and the size of the opening. If I were to do it again though, I would buy a bag that had at least one pocket, and a shoulder strap. I know, I bought a 'sleeve', but I really think an actual carry bag would be more convenient and useful. Just ask yourself if you want to only be able to carry your laptop with the handles on this sleeve, or would like a shoulder strap?

Fantastic for the gateway FX 7811 gaming laptop. Matches the design and fits perfectly, if even a little large for that 17" laptop.I've had this laptop sleeve for several years now and its held up really well. There's some minor fabric "nubbing" on it but the zippers are strong and solid and the inside shows zero wear.

Perfect Fit for HP G72 Laptop,
This review is from: Microsoft 17" Neoprene Laptop Sleeve (Personal Computers)
This fits the HP G72 17" laptop perfectly. The laptop fits snug in the sleeve with enough room at the top to zip without hitting the corners of the laptop. It's easy to carry but I would have liked it better if it had shoulder straps. An outer pocket for laptop accessories would have made this a 5 star purchase. There does seem to be enough room to fit a light folder or pad of paper on the inside & possibly a pen. After researching similar items online, this was definitely worth the price.
