The laptop bag is great with all the pockets and places to store my stuff. The handle sometimes takes a few tries to collapse and if I fly on the small planes the only way I can put this bag into the overhead storage is the top first and I have to force it. But this is the only bag I can find that is thin enough to even fit in the overhead of the small planes so I am not complaining. Overall I enjoy the bag.
