RECEIVED AN INCOMPLETE PRODUCT.
I rated this product incomplete. I contacted the seller three times and told him that the book was supposed to have include a CD data disk. The book was advertised as "NEW" The disk was supposed to be in the inside cover. Somebody had removed it. To me this means that the book was not new. I did not receive a reply for my third e-mail.

This tutorial could allow a first-time computer student to fully complete all ideas and be able to remember concepts and procedures by memory.
