I am very happy with my laptop bag! It's just what I was looking for. I searched and searched for a bag that had all of the features that I wanted; no breifcase style handle, a long enough strap to have the bag hang on the opposite side of the shoulder the strap is on, many pockets and slots to stash items, and a cushioned area for the laptop. I have no complaints.

This bag is great. I am able to fit everything I need in it to take it to class - my laptop, the cords, my books, a notebook or two, pens and pencils, and even some food (small, of course). It fits my 17" laptop perfectly. And all the little pockets are great! I would definitely recommend this bag for anyone having difficulty finding something to put their oversized laptop in

Lightweight and a perfect place for everything. If your laptop is smaller, there's a section that velcros in to hold it in place. Mine is big and fits in perfectly.

I purchased this bag almost a year and a half ago and use it on a daily basis to transport my work and laptop to school. Fits my decently sized 17inch HP laptop perfect and the shoulder strap is easy to adjust and can be expanded to a decent length.

The material used for the majority of the bag is sturdy, i have thrown this bag many times (not with the laptop in it :P ..). However, the material does let moisture in if rained on so I would be careful and try to keep it dry.

The only other problem I have had with this bag is tha, one of the clips that connects the shoulder strap to the bag broke. It was only the spring that actually keeps the clip closed so a little tape fixed it easy.

All in all, if the clip hadn't broke this bag would be an EASY 5 of 5.

I bought this bag to hold my 17" HP laptop. It works perfectly; my computer fits snuggly into the pocket and additional pockets are great for storing everything from files to power cords and portable mouse; One thing that i do think this bag is lacking is a handle at the top of the bag. My previous bag had a handle right on the top so it was easy to pick up from the floor. The MS bag needs to be picked up either by pulling on shoulder strap or by grabbing both sides of the bag - a minor set back but overall a great buy for the money!

The bag seemed to be well made, but was not big enough for my 17 inch dell laptop. The top of the laptop stuck up above the padding.

This is one crazy good bag. I bought it back in 2009 when I started college. I've switched laptops since, but the bag has stayed with me. For most 16 X 9 aspect ratio screens in the realm of 15 inches or so, this bag is perfect. There's sufficient padding so that the computer is protected, but the bag doesn't get heavy. The other pockets inside could easily fit the charger, a mouse, a hard mouse pad, plus two or three single subject notebooks for class. For traveling, this is great. The back side has two zippers that opens so you can slide this bag right on top of your carry-on luggage handle. That strip of leather on the outside flap actually is a pocket too (pretty clever). All in all, I am very pleased the bag has held up all these years and is still going strong.

I ordered this laptop bag looking to fit my dell xps 17in. from all the reviews but one i figured it would work. I was wrong. If you have a dell 17 this bag won't work for you. this bag has a very nice layout with a nicely cushioned slot for your laptop. Sadly when i went to slide my laptop in it slide 1/4 of the way in then stuck. So close to fitting but it will not fit. So i decided to not use the padded slot and just the compartment itself. It fits like a glove this way, however there is webbing pockets inside the compartment and are rough enough to cause some minor scratching on the comp. suface. I use a sleeve then slide it in and works fine for me this way with no scratching. all the compartments fit my mouse, adaptor, and room for various other things and fits great.

Not having a carry handle sometimes is inconvenient but otherwise a very nice bag and no other complaints. Its a really nice bag, but without being able to fit my laptop i can't recommend this bag for Dell users. So if you have a Dell 17in laptop either find another bag (which is not easy) or have a protective sleeve for it cause there is no padding elsewhere on this bag, so it won't be protected.

This bag is perfect for securely carrying a 17-inch HP laptop. There are pockets galore to hold computer accessories, other necessary files or papers, or office supplies. Strong straps, easy to clean, lightweight, comfortable to carry. I am VERY pleased with this bag.
