The mouse works exactly as described. The flexing off and on works and never accidentally turns itself off or anything of that nature. The scroll wheel takes some getting used to but I like that you can "flick" it and have it scroll quite a ways.
The major problem is that the mouse simply isn't that comfortable. It's not painful to use but it's just not comfortable for long term use. Keep this mouse for your laptop but get a more ergonomically shaped mouse for your desktop.
When I use it for more than one hour, my hand become really sore. It is very uncomfortable to use!!!!! I am really busy and seldom return things. When I cannot bear it and hope to return it. It seems my return time has expired for one week. Not good shopping experience.....
I love this mouse. A co-worker let me try his out and it was great. I love that it flattens out and easily fits into my bag. My computer recognizes it as soon as I plug in the USB piece. It is a bit touchy with the buttons, but once you get used to it, you can manage it. Good buy.
