One thing I have learned about CRM since I began using it is it has a million different features with a million different uses. It is a great program but only if you know how to use it. Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Unleashed explains every detail of Dyanmics CRM 2011 in a way that is easy to understand. I keep this book at my desk in case there is a feature I would like to know more about or if I want to know if Dynamics CRM is capable of something. Great book for reference.

The book covers everything you need to know about CRM 2011. I would recommend the book to anyone who need to gain a good understanding of how the software works. However, there were a few problem with the book and I will list them below:
1. The book had several spelling errors that found to be a distraction.
2. The book also had many grammatical errors.
3. The author skip some steps and often I would have to search to find where he was in the program.

Overall the book had a lot a very good content and a lot can be learned from reading this book. I would say buy the book if you want to gain a good understanding of how and why you should use CRM 2011

This is a very easy read. I was in search of a reference guide for Dynamics CRM2011 and here it is! I had reviewed a few books, but once I found this one released from the Unleashed series, I was sold! This seems like a book that everyone in our organization can use from the experienced to the inexperienced, from IT to Business. Absolutely perfect fit...
