The book was useful and easy to read but didn't get into enough details for what I wanted which was to be able to access the public folders using scripts or programs.

I did get a general idea of what to exchange was all about and found one detail that could have been important but turned out to be obsolete since it didn't cover the latest changes to Exchange Server 2007.

Great refresher when one has been out of the Exchange game for some time. Sometime a person can't go out and purchase every version of Exchange, but with book one can get a sense of program without spending a lot.

Just another reference book. Boring at times and too generalized to be of much use to anyone but a mid level manager who never has to get his hands dirty.

This book was excellent. I was preparing for an exchange server 2010 class and had little background. The book gave me an excellent foundation so that I was able to get more out of my class. I totally recommend it!
