More About the Author

Joel Stidley has been working in the IT field for over 18 years, and he has been a computer fanatic for much longer. In his 10 years with Terremark Worldwide he filled a number of key roles, including the technical lead for creating and operationalizing the company's Infinistructure virtualization platform. Also, while working at Terremark he is the Principal Systems Architect for the Cloud and Managed Services business unit, where he worked with a variety of current and future technologies related to virtualization, directory services, storage, and messaging. He was a three time Microsoft MVP, blogger and an author of several technical books. Joel now works for Microsoft as a Hosting Technology Strategist.

In 2004, Joel founded ExchangeExchange.com, a Microsoft Exchange-focused community website, where he blogs and provides forums for discussing Exchange, PowerShell, certification, and general Windows information. In the last few years, he has also been writing extensively. His two latest books are Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Best Practices (Microsoft Press) and Real World Exchange Server 2010 (Sybex).
