useful program
I use the software for work related business data mapping. It's easy to use. It's not a huge upgrade over the previous version.

Disappointed in Michigan
I was excited to get this product and ordered 3 copies for work... Unfortunately it looks like Microsoft release a Beta version. Within 20 minutes all 3 copies crashed while driving a 300 mile route together. After rebooting the program continued to crash just after using it for a few minutes... Basically it was useless. The computers are all brand new top of...

I was excited to get this product and ordered 3 copies for work... Unfortunately it looks like Microsoft release a Beta version. Within 20 minutes all 3 copies crashed while driving a 300 mile route together. After rebooting the program continued to crash just after using it for a few minutes... Basically it was useless.The computers are all brand new top of the line Dell 630D laptop models. The pin point did not work. And the map kept trying to reroute the preplanned route we were trying to drive for testing. Very disappointed. I do not recommend this product. Microsoft needs to do some actual testing before releasing a $300+ program. I want my money back Bill.
