I am an IT professional charged with the migration to Office 2000 for our 4,000+ corporate computers. This is one of the most thorough and well-organized technical references it has been my pleasure to read. I had already read Microsoft's Office 2000 Resource Kit and Deploying Office 2000--Notes from the Field. This book was much more in-depth in explaining the customizations and features available for deployment and provided additional insight and objective information not contained in the other two references. This book is worth every penny.
