DRM Broken- DVD Is Worthless,

The company that produces the DVD's placed Digital Rights Management on the video files. They have since decided to take down the web site that hosts the DRM licenses, rendering the videos unwatchable - even if you legally purchased this product. From the Keystone Learning Website:Desktop Learning Library (DLL) DVD-ROM CoursesUnable to activate Desktop Learning Library DVD-ROM Unable to activate Desktop Learning Library DVD-ROM Do to decreasing support (beyond our control) for Microsoft Digital Rights Management technology, as of August 1, 2011, activation of a Desktop Learning Library (DLL) product is no longer supported. If you have an issue with a DLL product that you purchased between 8/1/08 and 8/1/11, please submit a support ticket. Please include: - The last name of the person that made the purchase - Your 4-digit order number - Your activation key - The full name of the course (or course bundle) you purchased Qualified customers are eligible for an upgrade path. I purchased this product from Amazon. I called Keystone. I'm not a qualified customer. Don't buy this DVD, its worthless. |
