This book came in great condition when it finally came.

I duno if it was the seller or the post office's mistake but this book took almost a month to come after ordering it, which was bad for me being a student i needed it quick.

When I told the seller they sent me a new one out right away which was great. I got it 3-4 days after they sent the second one.

The concept of the book was great. This is what I needed in my class, but the first 200 pages was damage very badly that I had to order the book on Words 2007 to get full use out of the book. I had to spend an additional $30.00 that I did not have.

What can I say? At over a thousand pages, this is just one gigantic textbook that thoroughly explains every last detail about Microsoft Office. This enormous text book will help you get an awesome grade in Computer Science 101, just don't expect it to be a light, fun weekend read. By the time you carry this big lug around all semester, you will probably have lost five pounds and gained a little muscle mass in the biceps. It also makes a lovely doorstop. Enjoy!

Text is fine but recieved with incorrect packing slip which had someone elses name and a much lower price listed than what I actually paid- a little like rubbing salt in the wound. I needed the text so it really didn't matter what came with it.

The book is very detailed and I received it in great conditition. For students or people who want to learn how to use Microsoft Office 2007, it is a great introductory!
