The product came as promised, in like new condition, and within a reasonable time frame. I was surprised to find that there was NO Product Key included - however that was my own ignorance I neglected to read the add which CLEARLY stated NO PRODUCT key. Everything worked out perfectly though because I bought the disk to re-install files I accidentally removed from my computer. I was also able to retrieve my code from a previously purchased MS frontpage and install the disk onto my new computer. Great Product Overall. *****
