Did they really expect students to be able to use this book? If you flip through the pages to find answers you risk tearing them at every turn. This is definitely a book that they will not buy back at your college even if you got it new. Whoever decided to use spiral binding with tissue-like paper should be shot.

The book wasn't in the condition the seller reported, but amazon refunded some of the purchase price.

Use Office 2007 Windows Vista Edittion to learn Office 2007,
This review is from: Microsoft Office 2007 Illustrated Introductory, Windows Vista Edition (Spiral-bound)
In general I feel it is good for someone to follow the instructions in the exercises to learn Office 2007. But some of the instructions are not quite clear. I was doing the exercises in ACCESS 2007 Unit-C and the Skill Review exercise. I found that the result were not exactly the same as shown in the Figure. The instruction asks to "switch around" the display information using Properties Sheet. It asks to change the Control Source in [Data] tab, and the Caption in [Format] tab. But it does not ask to update the Name in [Other] tab. So the result displays AgencyName and Agent's LastName, instead of Agent's FirstName and LastName (as intended). I found that if the Name in the [Other] tab is updated accordingly, the result correctly displays the Agent's name correctly. The Agent's name is correctly displayed also, if ([TableName.fieldName]) format is used in the "expression". Thanks.

the book came in before the time promised, but the cover was kind of torn and wrikled at the ends. so it was good not perfect like the brand new book should have been. but it is also paper back and even through shrink wrap, it may have been damaged during the trip. i would use this company again anyways.

This seller is a liar! She lied stating that I damaged the book when Amazon told me to open the package to send the book back to the seller, after having a horrible experience to begin with! I even got a letter from the mailing place stating that I NEVER EVEN OPENED THE PACKAGE THE MAIL PLACE OPENED THE PACKAGE! PROVING THE SELLAR IS A LIAR! Crazy enought this is my 2nd time writing a review some how the 1st review erased! Funny how that works! Still waiting to get my money back!
