I bought this product to have my own. I have a previous one but need to call to activate from time to time. With this software, no hastle about calling to activate. Instructions about how to install this product is easy and all of the sudden you have Windows Office 2003 in your computer. Having this software is worry free coz it comes with a product key and COA.

As with any software purchase one is primarily concerned that it 1)works 2) is legitimate. We purchased 6 copies. All installed correctly and came with the registration keys and registered properly with Microsoft. the only "snag" may be that some preferences set in the prior version of office were not retained, but it just takes a bit of time and hunthing to get things back the way you prefer them. I would purchase this product again.

Bootleg software!
Not an MS product, certificate of authenticity is a reprint and the cd has an actual label that peels off.
At least the install key worked with different media that I had from another pc.

I received my order in good time. After I found the software CD to be defective I went to your site and submitted a problem report to MN Valley Media through you. Within a day I received a phone call and a couple days later I had the replacement CD. The software installed without any problems. My thanks to you and MN Valley Media for your quick response and support.

I am a software developer and will be using you for future purchases of software products.

Short and sweet: This software was pirated. The seller was unaware of it (It was sent from a third party supplier) and upon realizing what had happened promptly refunded all monies and pulled the listing from Amazon. If you think this is a negative review of the seller, it's not. They did the right thing.
