This OEM CD of Microsoft Office XP Small Business Edition was a DELL OEM CD provided for DELL Computer. For some reason this software was not installed. This OEM CD of Office XP SBE is new packaged in the original wrapping. I had no problems installing and registering this software with Microsoft. I believe this is Service Pack 1 but can be upgraded to Service Pack 3 and all of the Post-2004 security updates. It also works with all the converters for Office 2003 and 2007 doccuments. If you must have Microsoft Office to function (instead of OpenOffice 3.0 which is functionally identical) then for $25 this is a steal.
