This book provides the "Novice" user with graphical representations of options and features of Outlook. It is organized logically and presents tips and shortcuts to real world users. Although the topics can be found in the Help files, it's the graphics that encourage the reader to use the book.

Waste of money,

Don't waste your money on this book. It doesn't really include anything that isn't in the online help that comes with Microsoft Outlook. Yes, it does put all that information down in a nice little bound book for you, but who wants to shell out cash for something you can get for free using online help?
