Again, this is much better than buying a $60.00 book and only reading the first 2 chapters. I do a lot of PowerPoint presentations so am fairly proficient in it, but I just went to PP2010. The little card gives me the basics and I don't have to spend 30 minutes looking through a book for what I need. Takes up less space on my already overloaded book shelf too.

I was using Office 2003 and recently switched to 2010. Thought I might benefit from having these cards to easy my transition. However, it was unnecessary. The program is fairly self-explanatory for all the basic things you use all the time, and this card really only shows "shortcut" notes for these items. Would have liked to see it show less obvious information.

This item came in handy to have available on my desk for quick reference. I recently purchased a new computer and it contained Windows 7 and a lot of the routine processes were somewhat different. Even if you have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, this is a handy reference lamanated sheet.

Saves money over buying the 'Dummies' book, which can become expensive, if your exploring programs like Microsoft-' home and office'. The quick reference quide has a quality feel to it, and the clear cover, ensures many years of use. Buying this may save you money in the long run. JERRY

This thing is basic, very basic. I thought I would buy it to use as a cheat sheet, when working to prepare a presentation. I sometimes get stuck when using Microsoft Office programs. I am sure this has happened to you. You have done something before using PowerPoint or some other Microsoft program, but for some reason you forget how you did it last time. I thought this sheet would be good for jogging my memory when needed. However the info on this sheet is so simple, it is of no use to me. The only way I would recommend this reference guide is if you have never used the program before and just aren't very good with computers. Maybe I will give it to my mom if she ever needs to use PowerPoint. That is what this reference guide strikes me as, a guide for those who are not very computer literate.

I purchased this cheat sheet as a middle-aged adult returning to college after having graduated from college almost 20 yrs ago. Very useful guide/summary of the key functions of PP 2010 in a well-organized fashion and encased neatly in a sturdy laminated protector at an unbelievably low price. Saves me a great deal of time and frustration while preparing PowerPoint presentations. I would highly recommend this to consumers with any level of computer literacy.

I got several different ones of these for different programs. Some are quite basic and some are more advanced. I have not used them a lot so far, but intend to. I would say they are worth the price just to save you the frustration and time of looking up how to do something on the program......SHALOM.........Brother Randahl

I can get most of this information by hovering over buttons on the ribbon. I am an expert user of Word and Excel, and I wanted to get more proficiency with PowerPoint. When I needed something that might have been on the sheet, it wasn't. Perhaps a novice user may find this more helpful

I wanted something that would be a quick and easy to use Power Point 2010. I didn't want to have to thumb through a manual looking for what I wanted to know. This chart may not tell you everything, but it will tell you enough without using Power Point's help menu or a manual.
