MS Project 98 is so full of bugs as to be entirely useless. Micorsoft recognized this problem by providing retail Project 98 buyers with a link to download the bug-fixed version that actually worked. They never fixed the bugs on the retail distribution CD, itslef. Nowadays, a buyer of a factory-sealed Project 98 finds that the bug-fixed version is no longer available for download -- which leaves him, as they say, SOL. So don't buy this product.

The description did NOT specify that it was only the upgrade to Project 98 and NOT the full program.
Since I do not have an older version I cannot use it stand alone. I would be willing to pay for an older full version to use it. I am not happywith the purchase |
