I like the software since I had to borrow a friends laptop that has a DVD player to use the product. There is no CD-ROM Version on Sale by J&R Music and Computer World. When I ordered the product I received a confirmation email and noticed the description of the item was described as DVD-ROM/CD-ROM Software. I called J&R customer service to verify if I can use the software since I do not have a DVD in my computer. The customer service rep told me it was both. When I received the software and tried to install it, nothing came up and it was not recognized on my CD-ROM. I called customer service about my issue and was told there is no CD-ROM version of the software. This product was not advertised correctly.
