Thomas J. Cashman received his education at California State University, Los Angeles. He established one of the first business data processing programs in the U.S. at Long Beach City College in California, where he taught and served as department head. I had the book arrive in my mail box just 3 days after I ordered it. It is in very good shape, only a little bit of writing in the lab sections, that I have noticed so far. Does not look like any pages are missing. Plus, I saved over $85.00 ordering from Amazon. Big thank you

To give a review on the tech book is, to me silly, it is a text book Excellent school book. But the deal with those that sold it--Less that 3/4 the price ---Excellent condition-saving money, don't mine if marks on text---but there were none--like new ---Service top rate, communication and delivery-See a few (very very few) with different idea about service, sad can see it is really a matter of "their non-understanding " and lack of respect for what is offered them ------
